7 pax braved the 21 degree elements to get their run on.

The Thang:

  1. Two routes for two pace groups.
  2. Route 1: Std HC 5 K route.  3.1ish miles.
  3. Route 2: Std HC 5K route + double Fairvista loop.  4.8ish miles

The Naked Moleskin:

  1. Alcatraz rolled up and delivered a public service announcement that today was day 1 of the BRR training plan.  Awesome to have him on the bus with us – literally on the bus…right @Chavez?
  2. 23 degrees sounded a little scary at the onset, but it wasn’t so bad.  Don’t even really HAVE to have any face protection – as long as you don’t mind your cheeks and neck going numb.

    Great to get this one in today. Not too many runners on the roads in the creek this morning with us…

    Tclaps to @Glock and @Chowder for hanging with me on Route 1. Bojangles would have been too easy of an option without the accountability of the 2nd F.
