Not exactly an episode of Hard Knocks
All All MECA BackblastsSeptember 25th, 2014
18 men entered the misty morning gloom wanting to get better. It went downhill from there.
Warm Up:
Mosey around the parking lot while the Q runs back to the car for his Wienke (thanks Banjo Boy)
- 20 x SSH
- 20 x Mountain Climbers
- 10 x Imperial Storm Troopers
- 10 x Merkins
- 1 min Jump Rope
- 10 Burpees
The Thang:
Reverse Indian Run (from the Concord Pax)
- Form a two line train that goes around three parking lot islands. First two lead men sprint ahead and continue until lapped around and caught up with the train.
- 10 Burpees
Football Drills
4 minute Challenge
- Circle up, 10 Burpees a minute for four minutes
Mary
- 10 x Freddy Mercury
- 10 x LBC
- 10 x Squirm
- 10 x Crunchy Frogs
Repeato x 3 (without stopping)
Nakedman Moleskin
- It was a pleasure to lead this morning gentlemen. Wasn’t quite as organized as I had planned it, but we made it happen. A Burpee Century is always a man maker
- I was trying to bring something different to the mix, but I realize now, that foam plates make poor cones.
- Shout out to the Concord Pax, The Reverse Indian run really kinda sucks. Clueless and Othello killed it.
- Welcome to the newly named Whole Enchilada.
- Don’t forget the food pantry. Canned soup is welcomed and appreciated.

Thanks for the opportunity gentlemen
So THAT’S what we were supposed to be doing on the football drills?!?! Ha, ha, good stuff this morning, thanks for the good workout!
That is an impressive number of high-quality diagrams. Paint? Word? Power Point? Something else all together? Wow!
And so promptly posted! You are on it today @solocup.
Good one bud. The Burpee Century is a personal favorite.
@BanjoBoy…you insult me with your suggestion that my preferred Graphic design application would be anything other than an Adobe product; though I’m no @Schedule C. In this case, I must admit that I borrowed heavily from Internet and modified to suit my particular needs.
@Solo Cup, I’ll admit…I don’t think I followed those directions to the tee…..did enough though to get the heart rate up on all of them…especially doing the burpees after each one…..good workout…liked the rapid fire Mary too
@Clueless, you may be part duck…..you nailed that duck walk….if it walks like a duck
