This morning we did a card draw beatdown followed by 2F Thirsty Thursday coffee at Dunkin Donuts.

WARMUP: the usual, then grab a block.
THE THANG: Card draw rotation plus bonus exercise of PAXs choosing. Variations of merkins, squats, swings, Mary, burpees, curls, motivators, pull-ups, plank jacks, Machuman (Machu Picchu) favorite tantric moves.
