THE THANG: the 4 solid men started off with some Welsh Dragons, followed by NOT doing any Burpees, we then went to the irritating tree path and partnered up for some Merks, WWII’s, CDD, and some other stuff done while the partner sprinted down the ITP and returned. There should have been blocks involved but there was not. *Hokie Sprints” were preformed in the ITP dropping a tree until done. Blocks were not returned, off to Mary.
