We kept it moving with a steady ruck through the lot, stopping at familiar landmarks like Pickle Poker Promenade before always circling back to the cars for sandbag work.

Along the way we mixed in pull-ups, step-ups after illegal entry, proper lawn mowers and finished strong by heading into the Tunnel of Love to give Big Tuna the full tour of the Speedway.

About two and a half miles total with plenty of work layered in. We closed it out at OMG with donuts and coffee, while Big Tuna chose to head home to nap…the apparent secret sauce to 300 posts/year.
