Railyard 5 Days Until Christmas

Mosey to the 1^st Shelter for Warmup:

Warmup:

The Thang:

While at 1st  Shelter

• 15 Step Ups (each leg)
• 15 Dips
• 15 Incline Merkins

Then run up the steps and down the ramp (Repeat x 3)

Mosey to 2nd Statioin

• 15 Merkins
• 15 Squats
• 15 Donkey Kicks

Then Run around the pond (Repeat x 2)

Mosey to Y Parking Lot

At Y Parking Lot:

• 15 WWII’s
• 15 Calf Raises
• 15 Freddie Mercury

Then Bear Crawl around the circle (Repeat x 3 or until time is called.)

Mosey back

Colonel Steve and family are in need of some assistance, @Hacksaw and @UncleFloyd bringing meals yesterday and today, more help needed- DM ColSteve on Slack.

• @Bunyan’s Mom is in Washington state amid flood waters. Her home and island are surrounded by water, help and support are needed to secure her safety!
• @ Firefighters who were hurt in an explosion in Salisbury– let’s lift them up! Aye!
• Josh’s family, Lilly, Katarina, Brendan and his Mom–Mom has cancer (Carpe Diem’s student), Eric looking for work, @ColonelSteve operation recovery and wife’s pregnancy; @Constitution’s wife, Ashley, for continued quick recovery, Ben’s family (young Harrisburg student who passed).
• Continued prayers for U.S. Army Spc. Sarah Beckstrom’s family (she was killed in the attack) and for U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, 24, who was critically wounded but is making an “extraordinary progress.”
• Praise: Christian’s recovery (dear friend of @Constitution) and @clickbait.
• Constitution asked for prayer for family of friend that passed away.  The funeral is today.
• Afton Challenge will be January 17

Moleskin:

Nine brave and courageous men looked at their calendars and saw that it was 5 days until Christmas.  So in preparation for Christmas feasting, they decided to burn up a few calories ahead of time.  We got a couple of surprises to see Slash and Colonel Steve.  It was an inspiration to see Colonel Steve recovering from surgery and coming out.  You can’t keep a good man down.  A lot of good chatter was heard and large attendance to the coffeteria.  Thanks to everyone for playing along even when Q decided to modify. Hope to see everyone before Christmas, but if not then Merry Christmas.
