WARMUP: Start Running! Evidently Squid was full of Shit, so he left and took care of business, but rejoined the group for 4 miles. ChopSaw and The Burgh were lost until Squid showed back up and lead them to victory. Big Tuna went on a walk about in downtown.
THE THANG: The runners ran the streets bound by Ridge and Rose Avenues.
