• Zachary Tellier was a paratrooper with the 82nd airborne and was killed in Afghanistan on September 29, 2007. Originally from NY, he and his wife were living in Charlotte at the time of his death. He earned the Bronze Star for pulling two comrades from a burning vehicle several months before his death.
• The official Zachary Tellier WOD does not include the running but YHC thought the PAX could use a little so he added it.
• Lots of strong efforts this morning.
• Be thankful for and focus on our blessings and what we do have and don’t dwell on what we won’t have.
