On this rainy morning 12 studs(and 1 mini-stud) joined YHC under the shelter for a medley of exercises.  After the crowd had gathered and the clock hit 0530-ish, off we went.  It went something like this….

—For Solocup and his family for the loss of his father.

—For Colonel Steve’s wife doing well after surgery and during the pregnancy.

—It had been awhile since I Q’ed so some new faces for me to see and that’s always a good thing.

—Very inspiring to see the Honors out there killin’ it.  I was watching you SS Minnow, Bearclaw, Hacksaw, Uncle Floyd.

—Great to see 2.0’s out there at 0530 and Tenderfoot was there getting some work done.  Way to go!!!

—Always thankful to be around these men of F3 and to get pushed by them.
