THE THANG:
Mosey to Shangrali Shangrala (reminds me of an old Three Dog Night song from the 60s). Anyway, not just one weinke but two for this morning. 4 exercises at each end, with progressing reps of each as we go through the rounds. See images attached. Most got through 3 rounds and started over into rounds 1 and 2 again.
MARY:
