WARMUP: OYO on run days
THE THANG: We ran north on main towards Brothers, took a left on 12th, left on Walnut. Stayed on Walnut till it turned in to 9th street, stayed on 9th till it ran in to 8th. Right on 8th all the way to Mountain Street (left) Brutal hill in the middle of the run. Mountain to West C. Up west C to Dale and take a right all the way down to F Street (left), then left on Main back to Mary. I didn’t promise it, but still seemed tolerable. Lots of up and down. Great push after yesterday’s beat down! Legs are still sore!
