Monday is gonna Monday. Temps were July temps with humidity to match. Some good numbers to beat the FS and start the week. Had intentions of being a way back Kotter, my son, but he gave me the heisman. Maybe Mumblechatter started slow as it was a Monday but picked up as we moved along. Workouts didn’t lend itself to much discussion as a grinder ensued.
