It was a nice day to play in the park. Well…not really. It was humid!!

WARMUP: no warm-up. We jogged to the park
THE THANG: started at the first playground for pull ups on the monkey bars. Jogged to 2nd playground for dips. Jogged to Mary-go-round but first stopped at the railroad each way for one burpee to play on the RR tracks like we were always told not too. Then jogged over to mary-go-round for decline merkins and over the railroad station for WW11. We started with 10 and went down by two each round. Made it down to 2 and back through 6 plus 4.3 miles of running.

MARY: 5 minutes of recovery…it was needed!
ANNOUNCEMENTS: no pressing matters

COT: today was about being men…real men! Prayed over GM. We covered GM in prayer as he went home injured but resting. We give him crap but sometimes but keep in mind it may be God saying look toward me for now. And he is doing just that. Well done! You are at least coming out and doing what you can while at the same time spending time with the Father. Also covering all the flood victims in prayer. Sorry trickdaddy I missed covering you in prayer today for travels and safety while you help this week. Proud to know you and the man you are after Gods family. Very well done sir!
