We departed at 0530 as promised on a short loop around the track for The H WOD in memory of Harrison “H” Jones Wallace who recently passed away at age 19; H’s 20th birthday would have been May 30.

After 1 mile: 1 minute forward leaning rest; 5 burpees

After 1.9 miles: bear crawl around the entrance plaza; 20 ruck step ups

We finished with a loop around the parking lot and the Busch Light bar (because race week).
