Seven of Harrisburg’s most opportunistic gathered at the park to take advantage of the beautiful Spring 60 degree weather to get a little better. Disclaimer at 6:29 given and then a minute later we were off and moseying.

- Mosey to the bottom of the hill and back

The Thang:
Mosey around the park to find ways to go up and down shoots while doing exercise ladders at both ends.
- Shelter – 5.10.15.20.25 step ups/box jumps at top and 5.4.3.2.1 Burpees at the bottom
- Track Stairs – 20.16.12.18.4 Air Squats at bottom and 2.4.6.8.10 Heels To Heaven at the top
- Library
- Bear Crawl up the stairs and Crawl Bear down the ramp
- Merkin Walk up the stairs and Lunges down the ramp
- Crab Walk up the stairs and Reverse Lunges down the ramp
- Crawl Bear up the stairs and High Knees down the ramp
