Four brave souls met YHC in the Speedway gloom for a little tour around the track.  We found that “confounded bridge” and crunged ourselves over to it stopping along the way at the Flag and one, huge quadraphalic hill.  When it was over, we were better for it.  Those who partook were as follows:

10,8,6,4,2 Burpees over to WWII’s
P/U the six

Indian Run back stopping at the huge hill leading up to the ticket gate
3 rounds of quadraphelia to the top with 10AirSquats at the bottom
Plank for the six-Indian Run back to the cars

We tried our hand at “pass the cinderblock” while lying in a circle on our backs.
