WARMUP: Snowsuit took warmarama
THE THANG: Poutine took us to the tennis courts for some exercises that made our legs feel the burn. We took turn calling exercises by the school, the split metal rail by the daycare, and honored Disaster with Monkey Humpers over I-485. We made a few more pain stations stops and even found some props for exercises. We found tires for squats, large rocks for curls and skull crushers and then got back to parking lot for mary.
