HDT called for SSH with ruck. Audible called…not jumping around with a 45# ruck…traded for Sumo squats.

-SB Split Squat 4×12
-100m ruck sprint 5×1
Another audible called for time…1/4mi shuffle ensued.

-Glad to see Scrum get the heavy bag out for squats.

-Deadhead and Peppa met at 0500 for a 3mi ruck. According to legend, they rucked and shuffled the campground loop in an hour. The only evidence available for this shuffle was witnessed by the pax for the remaining 25yds of the ruck.

-Playlist consisted mostly of Three Little Pigs from Green Jelly. Turns out they give Phish a run for longest song; it seemed to never end.
