On a cool-ish first day of October YHC was joined by 10 manly men to get in some work. The PAX was already to go when YHC pulled into the lot. The clock hit 0530 and a disclaimer was given so off we went. It went like this………

Using the three alcoves on the back of the high school, the PAX started in the first and did 5 reps of three exercises. We ran to the second and third and repeated the same. Then back to the first for 15 reps for the second round and 25 reps for the third round. The following were the exercises for each station:
