4 dudes thankfully appeared in the gloom to join YHC, and at 630 after a short disclaimer, off we went.  And we went round and round while Constitution planted the flag, then really went to get things started.

 

At the concession stand, warm up with

• 20 SSH IC
• 20 IST IC
• 20 Grandpa Jack’s IC  (missed you Mullet)
• Some arm slaps across the chest and around the back for fun

First round of fun

• 20 push offs ( when you stand up straight, fall toward the picnic table, catch yourself and then push off to stand back up- thanks Escalade)
• 20 reps of an ab exercise
• Repeat the process for 7 sets doing RBC, LBC, WWII, low dolly, low flutter, American hammer, Freddie Mercs

Mosey to the parking lot near the little pond near the new YMCA, do some side to side runs

• 30 secs to complete the run
• First round = 1 run across the road, rest if time is still remaining
• Second round = 2 runs, rest if able
• Repeat the process to get 7 runs in 30 seconds if possible

Mosey to the little pond, run the loop around stopping at each bench

• Bench 1 = 1 burpee
• Bench 2 = 2 burpees
• Continue to pass by all 6 benches = 6 burpees at the end

Mosey to the amphitheater

• 10 forward lunges, 10 side lunges, 10 other side lunges, 10 backward lunges
• 10 reps of some chest exercise

Repeat for 3 rounds doing CCD, plank jack, mountain climbers

Mosey to the playground for

• 10 step ups each leg
• Plank until all are done
• 10 dips
• Plank until all are done
• 5 pullups
• Repeat for 3 sets

Now head back to the car parking lot,  let the play back begin.

• Stop at each place we exercised and plank up until everyone arrives, then do 10 marking
• Mosey to the next stop

Arrive back at the car parking lot,  time for one Mary exercise

• 20 crunch frog IC
