YHC had a plan for this morning and the tall grass on the Ridge and the copious amount of dew on the ground were not going to deter him. The watch hit 5:30, disclaimer given.

20 ‘Mericans, run to the top of the Ridge, 10 squats, run down the other side, 2 WWII. Decrease ‘Mericans by 2 each time, increase WWII by 2 each time, always 10 squats at the top.

Most PAX got down to 4 ‘Mericans and the Q said enough of this.

Mosey over to the suicide lot. YHC tried to explain the plan but lost his place and the PAX said, let’s just do it, we’ll follow you.

Line 1 – 5 burpees

Line 2 – 10 ‘Mericans, 5 burpees

Line 3 – 20 mountain climbers, 10 ‘Mericans, 5 burpess

Line 4 – 30 air presses, 20 mountain climbers, 10 ‘Mericans, 5 burpees

Line 5 – 40 SSH, 30 air presses, 20 mountain climbers, 10 ‘Mericans, 5 burpees
