THE THANG: Four corners, 5 stops, 5 different exercises to include, dips, air squats, merkins, plank jacks, and star jumps. 15 reps 5 rounds. Sir Topham Hatt complained our asses are too high for plank jacks. Warm down as we warmed up. Run back to Mary.
