Fridays are always fun days! The only question this morning would be who would show to date I the fun? Well to my pleasure 4 strong men showed to share in the fun and get a little stronger.
Even had a second appearance of daisydukes. Man sure knows haven’t make a return. 4, yes 4, beatdowns his first week back. #STRONG Yhe other three guys are no slouches themselves as demonstrated by their efforts. Disclaimer or something like that was given and off cinco amigos went!

Fun day seemed like a good day for ladder work. Mosey to stairs for 10-1 ladder.

Last Ike up the stairs via the Bear Crawl
