Did you know that:
1. 23% of Americans Polled (don’t ask me which poll) like to have Pumpkin Pie on Thanksgiving.
2. 14% say their favorite is Pecan Pie, and
3. 12% go for Apple…who knew?

So, todays BD will be a regurgitation of a previous BD back in 2023 to play off of this information. We begin by issuing a lousy disclaimer while mosey-ing around the upper lot to collect the rest of the Pax. YHC then led the group to the upper pavilion where we did a little Warm-O-Rama…(all x15 IC): SSH, Happy Appy’s, Penny Pickers, Merkins, Mt. Climbers.  YHC then explained today’s desserts.

The Thang
On a white board were written the three pies indicated above in this order: Apple, Pecan, Pumpkin.  An exercise was given to each letter of each word.
APPLE: Apollo Ohnos, Plank Jacks, Peter Parkers, Lunges, Reverse Crunches
PECAN: Plank Jacks, Reverse Crunches, Calf Raises, Air Squats, Incline Merkins
PUMPKIN: Pretzel Crunches, Burpees, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Kick de Donkey, IST’s, MNT. Climbers.

Set 1: 5 reps of each Pie exercise, then run the track loop.
Set 2: 10 reps of each Pie exercise, then run down to the 1st library parking lot.
Set 3: 15 reps of each Pie exercise, then run around the upper lot
Set 4: 5 reps of each Pie exercise in reverse order, then run around the upper lot
After each run p/u the six.
