6 stoners decided 2024 was the year to immortalize themselves on the PoxBox whiteboard. New slamballs were purchased over the holiday so they were broken in by RSs finest. In celebration of new years 2024, we partnered up and made quick work of the WOD. T-claps to ‘All-in’ who may be hater age but is one step ahead of his peers hammering out deadlifts with @formpolice approval of his techniques. (@detetntion might need some pointers from his 2.0)
