After some talk about pickles that were brought to the Afton/Dawghouse Christmas party last night we got moving to stay warm.

WARMUP:

THE THANG:
Bear crawl to the first parking line and do 10 Heels to Heaven and American Hammers. Run to the bottom of the hill and do 10 H/R Merkins. Run back to the first line and bear crawl to the second line and repeato until you make it all the way to the bottom of the hill.

Next round keep the same rotation but do crabwalks instead of bear crawls and CDD’s and Freddy Mercurys instead Heels to Heaven and American Hammers. Shoulder taps instead of H/R Merkins.

Grab the blocks and do 15 Curls, Presses, and Flutter Kicks. Run to the gate and head back to the blocks and repeato until time was called.
