Eight stalwart F3 warriors took the road at Town Center and completed three laps around the extinction mile before completing another 3 or 4 laps around the Hawthorne Pizza loop with plenty of mumble chatter.

Prayer for two brothers who lost their jobs, friends of @Constitution and @Gapper, prayer for our F3 brother who is competing in the Philadelphia marathon, and Praise report for @SaltyDog, who recently completed a marathon.

Plenty of opportunities to participate in runs, from the Quarry Run, and Santa Run (Concord this Saturday) to the Huntersville half marathon.
