THE THANG:
Mosey around behind city hall and start at one circle, and do 4 exercises:
Burpee x5
Core Killers x10
Squats x15
Merkins x20
Mosey to other circle, repeat.
Mosey to front of city hall, back by flag, repeat.

Mosey through horse shoe, to the center roundabout, repeat w modification,
Dry docks x5
Low Flutter x10 IC (squats, merkins remain)

Mosey to roundabout down in front of Swanee, repeato.
Mosey up to Dale, repeato.

WWII’s while waiting for the pax.

Unwind the last 3 stations, doing same exercises, but only x5 each (Dale, Swanee circle and center circle).
Mosey back home. Where’s @Squid? Oh there he is, right where we expected!
