Freestyle Friday was started a couple years ago to be just that… anything goes. This morning definitely fit the description. We have pax running, rucking, riding, and bootcamping. The runners knocked out Mount Afton laps while the rest of the pax put in their work close by. Strong work men and an extra shout out to Spaz for adding something new to the freestyle mix.

Brother Geppetto has strong recommendation as we climbed Mount Afton to end the morning. In his infinite wisdom he mentioned we should call our new home
base on Mount Afton… “The Summit”. I like it. What say you?
