THE THANG: IPC Week 3…ruck modified. Cindy 500…at OUR Speedway.
Performed all 5 rounds, but moved as a group to new photo friendly-ish locations for each round.

MOLESKIN: That IPC workout felt almost reasonable until the blockee/ruckees made an appearance. If people are taking bets on the next F3 exercise name to get cancelled, put me down for $10 on the Jungle Boy. If listening to 1.5 hours straight of Weird Al songs was on your bucket list, congrats, you can check it off. I think it should be required that Handy Manny memorize the song “Handy” by Weird Al, so perfect. Only one more week of the IPC before we have to figure another premade workout option for Tuesdays. We have a new official shoe of the CRC after Hacksaw went ham on GR footwear. Solid 1st and 2nd F as usual 💪☕️
