13 came out to run and ruck on a beautiful Spring Morning!  We did some speed work at the Box while others rucked it.  A few even got an early start for it

• Doing a ten burpee/day challenge if anyone is interested, start doing them
• HEC is going strong!  Either sign up to get better or to support others

 

Humidity is terrible but lots of guys pushing each other and encouraging them to get stronger.  It has to break at some point right?
