1. I’m pretty much done with this humidity…

2. Great effort by all. Not that it’s a competition, but if it was, Kojak probably won by doing the whole workout with a weighted vest on, although Othello was the first to take off on the second mile, and Constitution brough the music, so it may be a three-way tie. Congrats to Lugnut for pushing through his first Murph, and thanks for hanging back with me!

3. Short coffeeteria with JD and Bear Claw. Great to catch up with both.

4. Thanks to Uncle Floyd for taking us out. Appreciate the prayers for my boys, and for Deadhead, who has a huge meeting today to possibly determine when he can return to the skies! Hopefully we’ll hear some good news during his Q tomorrow…

5. Wednesday is the final Pitchfork for the year, so get it while supplies last! Still need Qs for Thursday and Saturday.
