Warmup:

High knees, buttkicks, karaoke through parking lot, down to lower lot

SSH, loose change, mtn climbers, 5 slow mercs…time wasting done.

The Thang:

4 stations around ASEC:
12 curl, press, skull crushers at block pile,
Run to back barking lot, 12 WWII’s,
Run to pull up bar, 6 of those,
Run to front lower lot, 6 burpees, repeat.
Mary:

45 secs of wasted time.
Moleskin:

Per normal everyone fell in line with a chatter partner or two. Lots of comments on the previous day’s pain — well done Mayhem. Not leaving the AO really leaves a solid 40 minutes to get after it. And it felt like it. Still lots of comments about Gooney’s lost masculinity. Hopefully his husband consoled him when he got home. No coffee time for me…got all dem kids to tend to. Prayers for three individuals and their families dealing with cancer. Honestly don’t think anyone hasn’t asked for prayer in this space for a family or friend in my six years of F3. The prevalence of cancer is jarring — don’t take anything or anyone on any day for granted.
