MOLESKIN: Tclaps to JB who heroically went to help a lady investigate a whimpering…dog???? back in the woods…until it sounded more like a frog…and the woods were so dense that no human was going back there anyway…so basically it amounted to a whole lotta nothing. I totally forgot about including the 100M of I’m Up He Sees Me, I’m Down…Chachi is no doubt disappointed. Good to see the field and track are in such good shape…try not to slip on the weeds. Not gonna lie, the gate being wide open to the track brought me more joy than it probably should have. We need to incorporate the inverted row thingy at the track more, solid back work. Solid effort by all, even if the Q was about gassed out from the pre run before the workout even started. Thanks to JB for joining YHC on said run and Tclaps to Chachi on his solo preruck.
