For the four men that posted at the Dawghouse, the rain stopped just before 0530. That was welcome, though the rain wasn’t going to stop these men.

Mosey a bit in the parking lot, then follow the parking lot stripes to give our Strava map a nice squirly design.

Warmups were performed, then 1/4 mile run ending at the tennis courts.

Partner 1 does 10 inverted merkins hanging from the gate while Partner 2 does a plank. Swap and continue until everyone has done 100 inverted merkins.

Run 1/2 mile to the school’s front porch:
100 merkins
200 squats
300 crunches

Run laps around the courtyard until recover-recover.
