We started with Nine men who ventured out of their dry slumber to Hburg Iron for a very disappointing, slightly rainy, KBell session.  The only thing “cool” about this BD was that YHC broke out his retro-BT speaker to crank the classic rock tunes.  This psychedelic contraption comes with built in lights that flashed and bounced off off the pavilion walls. At one point you heard @Pax say, “those flashy blue lights were freaking me out thinking the cops were here”.  Something you need to tell us? (LOL)

After the very lousy disclaimer, we began THE THANG
Peoples Q: First person announces an exercise.  Pax to the left takes the provided cinderblock and does an overhead carry around the pavilion (or down the sidewalk to the right-end of fence, and back) back to their position.  They hand off the cinderblock to the Pax who called the exercise.  Then, that pax carry’s the cinderblock as per above while the Pax to their right calls the next exercise. Repeat this pattern until we have gone around the entire circle.  2 runners joined us after we began.

We got one extra exercise in for round 3 when YHC noticed we were short on time.

Thank you for putting up with my Q and the flashy disco-esque BT speaker.  I hope you had fun. Tclaps for @JD’s “thighs of steel” #show2know.  If you left your Dora roller skates and backpack at the park it is in a box under the pavilion. @UncleFloyd was in attendance and jumped right in with a few cadence-called exercises – AYE!  Good discussions, jokes and general comradery. Good time at the BD and even better time at Bible Study and RR Coffeeteria.
