8 showed up for Freestyle Friday with a slight twist, at least for those 5 runners that participated. I’m not really positive what the Ruckers did, but at least they made it back by 0615. ????

Runners took off for a warm up in the regular direction, but gathered at the corner of Village Dr & Huie St. near the gazebo for interval instructions from YHC.

Lap 1 around the 0.24 mile gazebo loop was at race pace, Lap 2 was a cool down to let the HR level off, Lap 3 race pace again, Lap 4 cool down…. And SO ON! Most completed 10 laps (2 1/2 miles), but @Hop_Hunter put us all to shame. We cruised back to the parking lot for the COT.
