THE ROUTE:

• Run the 2 Mile Loop
• Run the Extinction Mile
• Runners’ choice: Repeat the 2 Mile or do laps around the Half Mile Loop til time is called. Or choose another route.

• Fellowship of the Idiots is NEXT SATURDAY. One-of-a-kind event, don’t fear the mileage. Find a buddy who will run your pace and just go. You won’t regret it.

MOLESKINE:

Good to see several men taking advantage of mid-50s weather on this first day of February. YHC is battling a cold and needed a self-paced option this morning, so the Town Center laps were ideal. Saw lots of custom routes being run out there, all were giving it great effort and back by 0615 (right on the dot in Othello’s case).

Prayers for Memphis and for our nation as we react to the unspeakable violence against Tyre Nichols. Hope that cool heads can prevail as we wait for answers.
