Throwing Dice in the Alley

WARMUP: Mosey around the lot with butt-kickers, high knees, side shuffle hops, and some karaoke. Circle up for some SSH, windmills, penny pickers, tempo merkins, Mtn climbers.
THE THANG: The dice came out with categorized exercise cards. The pax went around the circle throwing 2 dice and flipping over an exercise card. Rep count = Sum of the dice x2. Snake eyes=20, and doubles gets a 5 burpee penalty. 3 rounds of full body exercises with laps in between each. The dice were mostly kind, with only one double boxcar thrown by Heatstroke.
Next, we carried our bells to the teacher’s lot where cones were place and parters were selected. One farmer carries to the far cone while the other planks, then switch. Next, trade bells and repeato to the middle cone. Last round, both bells were carried to the closest cone while partner planks and then switch.
Return with the bells to the alcove.
