4 Dice. 1 with numbers, 1 with lower body exercises, 1 with upper body and 1 with core. Each Pax takes a turn rolling all 4 to dictate that round. After everyone rolls, run a lap around the car rider line. Everybody got 1 roll, some got 2.

Rep Die – 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30

Lower – Squats, Bobby Hurley, Calf Raises, Lunges, Step Ups, Split Squats

Upper -Merkin, Derkins, Dips, CDD, London Bridge, Incline Merkins

Core – Atomic Crunches, WWII, Plank, Glute Bridges, Freddie Mercury, LBC

Somehow 25 and 30 were the most rolled number, and London Bridge prompted a re-roll due to its number of appearances. Lots of Squats and Atomic Crunches too. But all in all, casino de dawghouse will return as fun was had by all.
