Mosey over to the Tennis Courts, circle around until we find an open gate.

Round 1-Crabwalk across each court (x3), 10 LBC’s after each, run back to start
Round 2-Bearcrawl across each court (x3), 10 WWII’s after each, run back to start
Round 3-Lunge Walk across each court (x3), 10 Bobby Hurley’s after each, run back to start
Line up on sideline for a round of “Cheddar-Shredder”
Mosey over to the practice field.

Practice Field
3 BTW walk-up’s, run to the other side of the field and back
Repeato with 2 BTW Walk-up’s with run, then 1, plank for the six
Mosey to the back of the school

1st Courtyard
Partner up-Line up against wall.  P1 does wall sit and exercise while P2 runs to other side and back.  Repeato.  Exercises were: Air-presses, Over-Unders, Seal claps and Moroccan Night Clubs.  Mosey to 2nd Courtyard.

2nd Courtyard
Find a picnic table.  Do 10 step-up’s (ea Leg) or 10 Jump-up’s, then 10 CCD’s.  Repeato decreasing by 2 (8,6,4,2).  Plank for six.  Mosey to the loading dock area.

Low Flutters x10 IC, hold 6in
Low Dolly x10 IC
Mosey down the sidewalk in the front of the school

Got about 20 yards from the school main door and lined everyone up on the sidewalk for broad-jump burpees until we reached the flowerpot.  Mosey’d over to the Ridge.

10 incline merkins on curb, run over the Ridge, 10 decline merkins on the other side
