Cold and wet – never pleasant getting out of the BIT mobile to that, but that’s why we’re here! Disclaimer and a few jokes and we’re off:
WARMUP: SSH, IST, Merkins and Mountain Climbers (with some light-hearted chatter about and lack of with some of our PAX.
THE THANG: Out of the gate I had alreADY DECIDIED i WASN’T GOING TO SUBMIT MY brothers to an all out slop-fest like last week, just wanted us all to get ‘a little wet’ so under the light mist we moseyed to the OG grounds for the Thang:
After stopping at the fence for some quick rail work we headed to the bus lot awning to use as base. First up: Bail Outs (just made that name up). First PAX calls an exercise and then “Bails Out” for a quick out and back as the timer. Repeato through the PAX Thrice doing a few things like WW2’s, LBCs, Can Can, BTW, Hand release Merkins (the only ‘Honest’ Merkin) and others YHC can’t recall (but no burpees).
Mosey to the entrance for a legit Dora 1,2,3. 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBCs and then Guardian run back home. Rain picked up so since we were already wet (remember, you only GET wet once), we headed for the entrance cover for some dry Mary.
MARY: The thing I couldn’t remember, Homer to Marge with Rosalita and Dolly for company.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: POX-BOX in the AM for maybe just one
COT: Prayers for Life Alerts friend and spouse – Kidney Transplant, Greek and Family and those traveling this weekend.
