Day 1 of the 5 days of the Big Tuna Christmas / F3 Anniversay Week featured run / ruck of the Loop in reverse with a stop at Vance for 2 trips up and back down (hit it from the bottom and add more tries if needed) and then back to the AO by 6:15ish! Great turnout on a cold morning (remember – F3 workouts are held outdoors – hot or cold, rain or shine!).
