5 runners and one cyclist were out putting in work on the pitchfork (or some variation thereof) this morning. Strong work by everyone, despite the humidity. One runner, eager to unseat a legend, got quite a shock during his early laps when crossing paths with the Legend himself, before 5:30. Local Legend or not, 5 laps on the Pitchfork is still impressive.

Congrats to @Dud for keeping himself and kids alive while his wife was away.

Thanks @Bearclaw for taking us out, this morning.

Despite the talk at coffee about how much “fun” the BRR is, I’m still a solid no on the running portion of the event, but might be convinced to join the afterparty at the brewery.
