9 Strong for a little hill interval work this morning in the Burg.

Route Communication: Leave RRC (Rocky River Coffee…not to be confused with Rocky River Crossing), R on Parallel, R on Patricia, Loop = L on Ridge (sub 5K pace up), easy L on Morehead, easy L on Autumn, easy L on Patricia, repeato until 6:05 and boogie back to RRC.

Not the toughest hill around, but a burner with a false peak for faster interval work.

Solid work by all… even those doing recovery runs! Most got in 3 loops.

COT – Prayers for the Norman family and Laurie’s continued recovery.
