7 HIMs joined YHC on the last Monday of April to honor Lt. Michael Murphy.  All the PAX were very familiar with the workout so the clock hit 0530 and off we went.

—-Lots of PAX with sick family and friends

—-For Starsky’s daughter on her summer internship

—-For the Bass family on their situation

—-Good to see Starsky back out and getting a new streak started.

—-Othello was out front and setting the pace.

—-Peppa and Wexler were getting it done between all the TV talk.

—-Nice to see that Deadhead was able to find us even with all the obstacles in his way.

—-JD was able to knock out all the pull-ups even after a day full of yard work.
—-Battery has been putting in the work so look out at the 5k this weekend.
