Great work out there today!  Thank you for playing along with the relay races in the beginning.   Ton of great work out there with so many guys pushing each other!  So nice to meet you as well Thurston.  Kojak is the only one who finished the 1000 reps in the allotted time.  (I stayed after to finish mine).  However, everyone made it to the 8th or 9th cone.  Thats 800 to 900 reps including 80 to 90 burpees all in about 35 minutes.  Lots of reps and lots of no quit out there.

Thank you to all of you for being part of this incredible group.  I thank all of you for helping to pick up after and put the cones/balls in my car and I thank you Kojak for staying with me so I didn’t have to finish the reps alone.  Most importantly, thank you for all your support throughout the years.  Its impossible to believe but today is the 4 year anniversary of my Mom’s passing.  The 4 year anniversary to the worst 24 hours I have ever had to go through that ended in the worst way possible.  I have said it many times but I could not have gotten through that without you guys.  People say it gets better, and it does, but when the anniversaries hit, you are transported right back to that day and it feels like it was only days ago.  The last few weeks for me have been very tough and today sucked the most.  When it comes to Tough days, this takes the crown.  However, knowing I can come out and share a few laughs and shut my brain off for a an hour to try and escape it is a true Godsend.  I thank you guys for always being there when I need that extra support!  Grief Sucks and F*ck Cancer!
