10 came out for YHC’s 200 workout on the year. The route(s) were nothing special; familiar loops that kept us all in Town Center and provided plenty of options for long runs, rucks, and speed work.

- Thanks for coming out this morning! Weather was awesome for late December.
- These lucky 9 PAX were here for my 200th post and won a free beer (root beer for Ripken). I’ll be at Percent at 7 tonight to pony up.
- Anyone else who wants to join for an impromptu hump day happy hour is welcome.
- Thanks to everyone for your support in my quest for 200 posts. I mean it when I say that the men in this group are an inspiration and you challenge me to do things I never would have tried otherwise.
- One thing I’ve learned this year is that consistency matters. Even when I didn’t feel like posting, once I got out there, I was glad I was there and the aches and pains faded away.
- Prayers for Deadhead as he has conversations with his family regarding his grandmother’s funeral.
- Prayers for Hacksaw as he deals with some tiredness from his COVID booster.
