10 Came out for a very cold pre Thanksgiving Run.  SS Minnow looked around and realized we were going to slow him down so he took off on his own.

The Route:

• Warm up run over to bottom of Harris Depot Hill
• Run up to School Road/back down
• Run up to Oakley/back down
• Run up and around Henderson Ct/back down
• Run up through Henderson Ct to the church/back down
• Head back to Town Center

Lot of great work out there this morning!  It was freezing and those hills aren’t fun but the group kept pushing themselves up.  Exit and Bonvoy were the only ones I believe who made it up all the segments.  Was great to commiserate with Pocahontas about how terrible the marathon was and when our next one will be.  As much as I hate those hills, its really great to keep us all in the same area and allow guys to go at whatever pace they need. Still wondering what Banjo Boy meant when he said Bonvoy will agree to anything after a few beers.  Coffeteria was great as always with probably the only 2 (maybe 3) guys who actually care about the Lions/Bears game. Also discussed how betraying someone for their nemesis is ok if they have a 60 inch garage tv that streams Dune.  Pocahontas may have been the best Goalie in NY or the worst in California. Gamma’s boy IS actually the best Goalie as he was named Catawba Shores 1A Conference Goalkeeper of the year!  That is good parenting.  Bad parenting is letting your kid grow up to be a Lions fan!
