On Day 3 of YHC’s Iron Q, 12 runners and ruckers joined me at Town Center to get some miles in.  There was lots of questions about the plan but the PAX were told that as long they were back at the flag around 0610 that was what was important.  The clock hit 0530 so off went.

 

The PAX ran and rucked all different routes and made it back by COT(well except Smokey who wanted extra credit)

ANNOUNCEMENTS

–Run, Beer, Ear is Monday December 6th at Pharr Mill Brewing.  It’s a mental health initiative that MECA is starting up.  Keep an eye out for more details.

–Mt Afton Challenge January 8th.

–Happy Hour next Wednesday at Suffolk Punch Brewing(2911 Griffith St Charlotte).  Good way to get down and support Koozie.  Time TBD.

 

PRAYERS/PRAISES

–For continued improvement for JD’s son’s health.

–For Wexler and Clueless running the Charlotte Marathon Saturday.

 

MOLESKIN

–Good to see the Marathoners out for their taper runs.

–Happy Birthday to Oz who chose to start out his 52nd birthday rucking a few miles.

–With everyone running all different directions it seemed like you were always seeing PAX around every corner.

–Banjo Boy and DT brought their K-9’s and they didn’t let their owners slack off.  Our beauty queen has to stay in top shape.

–Gamma, JD, and Banjo Boy are 3 for 3 for YHC’s Iron Q coffee challenge.
